What's Included:

Half Hog: Our half hog purchase includes everything from pork chops and roasts to delicious ribs and flavorful sausages. You get half the hog, allowing you to explore various cuts and cooking techniques, unleashing your culinary creativity.

 

Convenient Packaging: Your hog will be expertly processed, vacuum-sealed, and conveniently packaged for easy storage. Our processing partner’s meticulous packaging ensures that the freshness and flavor of each cut are preserved until it reaches your kitchen.

 

How It Works:

Order: Select your hog package and place your order online. Once your hog is reserved, we will provide you with a harvest date and custom processing form. Note: If you order a half hog we will wait until that hog is fully reserved before providing a harvest date/processing form.

 

Processing: Fill out our custom processing form to customize your order. Have questions? We will work with you to complete the form. Custom cuts, specialty sausage, smoked hams and bacon are just some of the options. Our expert processing vendor will carefully process your hog, ensuring each cut meets our high standards. You will pay the processor directly, custom processing starts at $.75/lb and USDA certified processing starts at $1/lb (hanging weight, which is typically 200--225 lbs.).

Delivery: Your whole hog will be delivered to your doorstep, ready for you to unleash your culinary creativity. Alternatively, you can pick up directly from our processing facility in Poplarville, MS to save delivery/shipping costs.
