American Wagyu + Angus Cattle

From our farm to your table.

We specialize in raising Angus and American Wagyu cattle. In Japanese, “wa” means Japanese and “gyu” means cow. Japanese Wagyu are 100% pure-bred cattle, and have been illegal to export since 1997, when they were declared a national treasure by the Japanese government. Japanese Wagyu cows and steers imported to the U.S. before that date were crossbred with traditional American breeds to create  American Wagyu beef, which includes the robust flavor of the buttery texture of Japanese Wagyu. American Wagyu beef is prized for its intense marbling and high percentage of oleaginous, intramuscular unsaturated fat.

We believe in raising our produce and livestock with love and care to provide a natural environment for our plants and animals to thrive. Three Fires Farms strives to meet today’s needs and the highest standards without compromising the ability of future generations to meet theirs.

Our cattle are sustainably raised on 40 acres of pasture and hardwood forests, where they roam freely, enjoying a natural diet and stress-free environment. We believe in sustainable farming practices that not only benefit your palate & health, but also support the well-being of our animals and the environment.

By choosing Three Fires Farms, you're not just getting beef; you're supporting local agriculture. Every cow is given individual attention, allowing us to maintain the highest standards of quality and flavor. We prioritize sourcing all resources locally, fostering a connection between farmers, chefs, and consumers. This commitment enhances the overall community and ensures you receive the freshest, most flavorful meat.

How It Works:

Select your whole beef package and place your order online. Once your cow is reserved, we will provide you with a harvest date and custom processing form. Note: If you order a half or quarter cow, we will wait until that cow is fully reserved before providing a harvest date/processing form.
