Three Fires Farms will sell whole, registered Red Brangus (cross between Angus and Brahma) cows at $6.75/lb hanging weight. This includes all processing & packaging fees & USDA certification.

We tend to raise our cows to 1,500 lbs before harvesting.  A 1,500-pound cow (hoof weight) will produce a carcass of about 800-1,100 lbs. (hanging weight) and 600-700 lbs. of packaged meat

Sustainably Raised: We have a small herd of cattle that are sustainably raised on 50 acres of pasture and hardwood forests, where they roam freely, enjoying a natural diet and a stress-free environment. Our separate, finishing pasture hosts around 7-15 steers at a time. We believe in sustainable farming practices that not only benefit your palate & health, but also support the well-being of our animals and the environment.

What's Included:

Whole/Half/Quarter: Our beef reservations include whole, half, or quarter shares. Your whole or beef share option will include the entire cow, or a share of all cuts custom butchered to your preferences.

Convenient Packaging: Your beef reservation will be expertly processed, vacuum-sealed, and conveniently packaged for easy storage. Our processing partner’s meticulous packaging ensures that the freshness and flavor of each cut are preserved until it reaches your kitchen.

Approximate Breakdown:  175-190 lbs. of ground beef                          

85-100 lbs. of round roasts and steaks                          

90-100 lbs. of chuck roasts and steaks                          

80-100 lbs. of rib meat and loin steaks                          

50-80 lbs of additional cuts like flank, skirt, tri-tip etc.

How It Works:

Order: To reserve your beef share please email us for current inventory and harvest dates at hello@threefiresfarms.com. Once your cow is reserved, we will provide you with a harvest date and custom processing form. Note: If you order a half or quarter share, we will wait until that cow is fully reserved before providing a harvest date/processing form.

Processing: Fill out our custom processing form to customize your order. Have questions? We will work with you to complete the form. Our expert processing vendor will carefully process your cow, ensuring each cut meets our high standards.

Delivery: Your whole cow will be delivered to your doorstep.
